The location is quite central, making it easy to navigate around the area. I appreciated the USB charger in the socket, which was handy for keeping my devices powered up without hassle.
The entrance to the property was poorly labeled and a bit hard to find. Inside, there were issues like a dated bedroom with ripped bedsheets and a noticeable lack of cleanliness in shared areas. The kitchen shelves were coming off the wall, and the bathroom was below standard, showing no signs of being cleaned properly. On top of it all, the heating barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortably cold, which was a major bummer, especially when you're trying to relax after a long day.

Secure key code access for peace of mind.
The entrance to the property felt dangerous, with visible graffiti and broken doors. The room was far from clean, with dirty sheets and remnants of other guests' belongings in the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout my stay, choosing to avoid the facilities entirely.

Solo traveler experience, could be better
The flat and room were very clean. I really appreciated having breakfast cereals and UHT milk provided! The key code entry, and I used the safe every time I left!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but definitely acceptable.

The Standard Twin Room was clean and had a nice carpet. The security with key code entry was a big plus, and I appreciated having a USB charger in the socket. I had to use toilet tissue to wipe surfaces since there were no proper cloths provided. The fridge had frozen bread, but overall, it felt a bit lacking in essentials.

Man, staying here was a wild ride. The room was way less comfy than I hoped, and the walls felt too thin—you could hear everything. Plus, breakfast was super basic, just toast and cereal. At least I liked the USB ports by the bed. Wish they'd pay more attention to the little things. That £98 felt wasted!

Just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Dundee, great for the money. I liked the keycode entry system. it felt secure and convenient. Bring your own snacks, as the kitchen setup isn't the best for cooking.

The room felt very unsafe due to poorly constructed handrails and a hazardous door that leaned at an angle, posing a risk in case of an emergency. the environment outside was quite unsettling, resembling an alley with no lighting. On the bright side, the presence of crisps available as a snack was a small comfort during the stay. with insufficient safety measures and an overall unpleasant atmosphere, this location is far from ideal.

Wi-Fi worked well, but the off-site parking was inconvenient. No pets allowed either.
